Needed a new battery and our local store was able to take me as a walk-in while another of their locations came to give me a jump as part of my auto service. We have used them for several repairs and will continue to use them again.
This place is just the best! Ran over a rock and blew out my tire and bent the wheel. The found a wheel at a salvage yard and it cost far less than a new one. I will definitely be back there again. Staff is so nice and helpful!!!
The men at the front desk were very courteous and friendly. They made a point to contact me as they progressed with the repair to alert me to the diagnosis and estimated cost before proceeding. Overall, I felt they were fair and reasonably priced.
Our company sends all of our work to Tire Star in Kendallville . Since I have had such great service so I now take my personal vehicles there from now on. Great service. Super friendly staff and techs. I dont see going anywhere else.
Had to call Tire star again. Lol. They are awesome to deal with. Every time I need to get the work van taken care of they are so helpful. Can’t say enough good things about the Kendallville Tire Star Crew.
